Responsibility, decisions and results

Three areas of business impact.

I develop businesses, improve profitability and accelerate execution. These cases show how I connect commercial decisions, technology, suppliers and operations to achieve results.

01 · Business and channel development

Grow through a profitable commercial model.

B2C and B2B business development · Since 05/2026

To grow profitably, I connect portfolio, pricing, channels and operational capacity. I turn those decisions into commercial execution, with accountability for sales, margins and budget across B2C and B2B businesses.

+40%

share of sales through physical channels and eCommerce

I also launched an eCommerce channel from scratch: 40+ SKUs and 100 sales in its first month.

02 · Product and portfolio profitability

Reduce costs and free up capital.

Product and portfolio management · 02/2022–02/2026

To reduce costs and free up capital, I connected demand, inventory and the product lifecycle with tenders, sourcing and negotiations with international suppliers. I adjusted the portfolio and supply terms to support commercial execution.

−87%
obsolete inventory
>30%
lower CAPEX requirements for connectivity inventory

Category relaunches delivered up to 70% sales growth through changes to the mix, commercial terms, availability and channel execution.

03 · Investment and commercial execution

Knowing when to launch—and when to wait.

Product and portfolio management · 02/2022–02/2026

I supported investment decisions with demand, compatibility, risk and return analysis, and coordinated teams to put those decisions into commercial execution.

ahead of competitors in launching a product
Prioritize returns
I recommended deferring a new product generation because of its limited customer benefit and prioritizing investments with stronger returns
<8 h
launch readiness that previously took days or weeks

The decision brings together market opportunity, feasibility and capital allocation.

How I work

I connect commercial and technical expertise.

Explore my Product, Portfolio and Category Management experience

I assess opportunities through their commercial potential and practical feasibility: costs, technology, suppliers, risks and the path to market. I connect these elements to turn decisions into results.

The full product lifecycle

More than 500 SKUs across the product lifecycle, with up to 100 active at a time. Product selection, launch, availability and phase-out.

Manufacturers and sourcing

5–7 tenders per year and coordination with 6–8 international manufacturers. I maintained two months of inventory coverage for three years, in line with the ocean-freight sourcing policy.

Analytical rigor and industry impact

Competition advocacy and the removal of technical barriers.

Technical investigation and regulatory strategy · 07/2015–01/2022

I led the analytical investigation that demonstrated connectivity restrictions imposed by manufacturers. The evidence gathered helped support the regulatory strategy that drove changes to Multiband regulation in Chile’s mobile market, promoting competition and protecting the company’s value proposition.

Professional experience

From operations to business development.

My career began in technical roles, operations and supervision before moving into product and portfolio management and business development. Experience on both sides helps me connect strategy and execution, with capabilities that transfer across industries.
